Step by step
1. Contact
Send us a WhatsApp message or an email: if you call, we may not be able to answer at that moment. We'll reply as soon as we can. We don't see visitors without an appointment.
2. Visit by appointment
We show you around and assess your dog, to make sure Quédate conTento is the right place for them.
3. Booking
We check the days we have available and agree on the dates and drop-off times. You pay 30% when booking and 70% on drop-off day. You can also check availability on the website and send us your request.
To change a booking we need one week's notice during Vacaciones conTento and two days' notice the rest of the year.

Admission conditions
- Before the stay, owners must tell us about any health, behaviour or general condition issues, as well as stereotypies, OCD or other behavioural disorders their dog has. All of this will be recorded in writing in the service contract.
- If your dog takes medication, bring enough doses for the whole stay, together with the prescription.
- The vaccination card must be up to date. It's handed over at drop-off and returned at pick-up.
- All dogs must be microchipped.
- They must have effective parasite protection (collar, spot-on or tablets). If they don't, it can be bought at admission.
- Quédate conTento reserves the right of admission: we can't accept dogs that don't meet the centre's requirements, or dogs whose veterinary situation or serious behavioural problems put the other dogs or the staff at risk.
Frequently asked questions
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email, or check availability on the website. If it's your first time, we'll arrange a visit to show you around and get to know your dog. You book by paying 30%, and the remaining 70% is paid on drop-off day.
Can I change the dates of my booking?
Yes, with one week's notice during Vacaciones conTento (high season) and two days' notice the rest of the year.
Do you offer discounts for several dogs or long stays?
Yes. There's a discount when a family has two or more dogs staying together, and for stays of more than 30 days. The discount depends on whether it's high season (Vacaciones conTento) or the rest of the year.
Is the departure day charged?
If you pick up your dog before 12:00, the departure day isn't charged. If you pick them up in the afternoon, it is.
How often do they go out for walks?
If your dog can socialise, they'll spend most of the day out of the kennel with the other dogs. If they need to be on their own, they go out 3 to 5 times a day, depending on the weather and the number of dogs.
What should I bring?
The vaccination card, which is required. If you like, their bed and toys. Food is included, but we recommend bringing their own: changes of diet don't suit them.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes: if their vaccinations aren't up to date, we can't accept them. At least the five-in-one vaccine (we recommend the seven-in-one), which protects against serious diseases such as distemper, parvovirus, infectious hepatitis and leptospirosis, plus Bordetella (kennel cough). They must also be dewormed and microchipped. In summer, a spot-on treatment and an anti-parasite collar.
Can you give my dog their medication?
Yes. If it's oral, such as tablets, we give it at no extra cost. Bring enough medication for the whole stay together with the prescription.
