Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, message or call us.

Which vaccinations does my dog need?

Their vaccination record must be up to date, including rabies and the combined vaccine. We'll ask to see it on drop-off day.

Does my dog need to be wormed?

Yes. Your dog must be treated for internal and external parasites (fleas and ticks) before coming to the kennel.

What should I bring?

The vaccination record and, if your dog eats special food, enough for the whole stay. If you like, bring a blanket or a toy that smells of home.

How is the booking confirmed?

First check availability on the website and send us your request. We'll reply within 24 hours. The booking is not final until we confirm it by email.

What are the drop-off and pick-up times?

Drop-offs and pick-ups take place in the morning and in the afternoon. We'll tell you the exact time slot when we confirm the booking.

How many walks a day?

Two walks a day in summer and three in winter, in separate areas by size.

Can my two dogs stay together?

Yes. Two dogs from the same family can share a kennel, and the 2-dog rate applies.

Can I visit the kennel first?

Yes, and we recommend it. Before the first stay you can come with your dog to see the kennel.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the season and on whether it's one or two dogs. You'll find all prices on the prices page, and an estimate when you check availability.
